Hayley heads up Deloitte's Payroll and Workforce Management team and operates across a wide range of payroll and employment tax related matters. Much of her work is in helping clients optimise and future proof the payroll function within an organisation.
Hayley most enjoys working with her clients on transformational projects, particularly around pay and technology, curating ecosystems of vendors and technologies to create a best in class function around pay and reward. Hayley works across various sectors but has a large number of clients in TMT and FS.
Outside of client work she enjoys coaching and developing people and she is a mentor on various leadership programmes.
