A public discussion about the Law of Georgia on Accounting, Reporting and Auditing and the amendments to the Georgian Profit Tax Law

On November 4, a public discussion was held at Tech Park with the joint organization and participation of Deloitte Tbilisi, USAID Governing for Growth (G4G) in Georgia project and Ministry of Finance of Georgia. The discussion covered the topics related to the Law of Georgia on Accounting, Reporting and Auditing and the amendments made to the existing profit tax regime in Georgia.

Deloitte Audit Director Tamar Natsvlishvili and Tax and Legal Department Director Giorgi Tavartkiladze made presentations regarding the above-mentioned issues and Deloitte professional staff divided into the subject groups provided the attendees with the consultation on the topics of their interest.

Over 150 participants from leading Georgian companies attended the event and received answers to their most acute questions.
