Deloitte advised Valmet in their acquisition

We are happy to announce that Deloitte advised Valmet in their acquisition of Siemens’s Process Gas Chromatography business.

Deloitte provided comprehensive M&A advisory services with financial and tax due diligence, separation and pension analysis. The work was performed by the Finnish team with support from local Deloitte teams in specific taxation and pension topics.
