Deloitte advised Playtika Holding Corp, an Israel-based leader in mobile gaming, live-ops and technology company, in the acquisition of the Finland-based mobile apps company Reworks Oy. Playtika has acquired 80% of Reworks for 400 million dollars and will purchase the remaining 20% of the Finnish gaming company for up to 200 million dollars, based on 2022 company EBITDA.
