Deloitte Corporate Finance advised NoHo Partners and Intera Partners in the acquisition of Holy Cow! 

We are excited to announce that we have acted as the exclusive advisor to NoHo Partners and Intera Partners in the acquisition of Swiss premium burger chain Holy Cow! The chain has 16 restaurants, and the intension to open several new units during the coming year.

NoHo Partners and Intera Partners have formed Better Burger Society, a company targeting a leading position in the premium burger market in Europe. The strategy of the new company is to expand through acquisitions combining leading local burger brands in Europe with an efficient operational model and sourcing synergies. 

In addition to corporate finance advisory Deloitte provided forensic services in relation to the transaction.
