The Mergers and Acquisitions Services Group specializes in planning, evaluating and structuring mergers, acquisition, reorganisations, disposition, and refinancing transactions. They provide our clients a large variety of services, from assistance with particular operations to preparation, management and coordination of large restructuring processes.

• detailed analysis of particular transactions together with presentation of their tax consequences and costs;
• analysis of the tax risk connected with the given transaction or its ownership structure with the assessment of its level and suggestions as to its reduction;
• planning domestic and international structuring of transactions and comparison of their tax efficiency;
• proper transaction structuring with the aim of increasing its tax efficiency;
• conducting a tax due diligence prior to the transaction the aim being to reveal and assess the tax risk involved for the acquired entity;
