Mr. Amikam Azoulay
Deloitte MA1 founders include Mr. Amikam Azulay, the former Head Commander of the Anti Terror Security School of ISA, which in its framework, established, trained, supervised & operated many different security systems, in Israel and overseas, including aviation systems, V.I.P protection, security systems of different kind of facilities, maritime security, embassies and consulates. Mr. Azoulay is still involved these days in instructing and qualifying of security officers at ISA and he is updated of all new techniques and methods as well as the newest technologies used and exist in the industry. Mr. Azoulay is a veteran officer of Military Special Forces unites, established and instructed military sources unites and he is with a broad established background & know-how of different types of military & police special doctrines.
Mr. Azoulay graduated the school of business administration, for his second degree (MBA).

Mr. Eli Racin
Deloitte MA1 founders include Mr. Eli Racin, a former security officer of ISA. Mr. Racin, among his different duties, served as a security officer of ISA in Israel and overseas taking part in the security system operations of El – Al airlines, maritime facilities and ships, air & port terminals, embassies & consulates. Mr. Racin is a veteran commander of IDF Special Forced Unites and gained a broad background & know how of military special forces doctrines. He was engaged as a general managing director in several trade and industrial companies, practicing import-export and international trade, domestic marketing and distribution and general managing of his own mills.
Mr. Racin graduated the Tel-Aviv University law school (LLB).
