Currently Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are offered only for the Transactions and Business Events Series, under the Financial Executives Program. CLE credit processing is offered and managed by the American Law Institute - American Bar Association (ALI-ABA), a nonprofit endeavor providing continuing professional education for lawyers since 1947. To be eligible for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits, you must: - View the entire original, live Webcast.
- After each webcast, click on the “Request CLE credit link” within the Webcast.
- Login to the ALI-ABA Web site.
Please Note: Your username to login to the ALI-ABA MCLE request page is your registration e-mail address and your password is your last name. This entry is case sensitive. For assistance with logging in please contact Jay Delaney at 800-CLE NEWS (253-6397) Ext. 4012. Group participants If you viewed this program as a group (two or more people at one computer), you must contact Jay Delaney at 800-CLE NEWS (253-6397) Ext. 4012 to retrieve the username and password for each individual that viewed the webcast, but was not directly logged in with their email address. - Once you are logged-in you will be asked to select States for which you would like MCLE credit on the ALI-ABA Webcast Home Page.
- Then click the “Complete Questionnaire for MCLE Credit” button on the ALI-ABA Webcast Homepage and complete the questionnaire/affirmation to gain access to your certificate of attendance.
- Print your MCLE certificate and refer to MCLE Credit Information and Reporting Instructions on the ALI-ABA Webcast Homepage for instructions on how to request reporting CLE credit.
- MCLE credit will be reported by ALI-ABA to the appropriate states within 30 business days of each event, provided that the participant completes the questionnaire/affirmation and follows the MCLE instructions.

Important Notes - ALI-ABA is unable to grant MCLE credit in cases where technical difficulties preclude eligibility.
