Highlights of our 2005/6 report include:

• A review of our commitments to stakeholders in our 2004/5 report and our responses to those commitments.
• An in-depth analysis of our Stakeholder Engagement in a user-friendly matrix.
• A video on our Corporate Social Investment activities.
• The use of photographs of Deloitte people in support of The Deloitte Way initiative, launched in 2005.

The cover of the 2005/6 Deloitte annual Stakeholder Report sets the tone for the Southern African report. 
The report is entitled “Building a Sustainable Future”, which is the same theme as our 2004/5 report as it remains highly appropriate for our firm.  Once again, the front cover image is an African symbol, depicting a hand crafted drum.  The drum introduces our readers to the musical theme portrayed throughout the report, using photographs of Deloitte partners and staff in Southern Africa, who have posed with musical instruments.  This approach was used to communicate the “great collaboration” required to produce our strategic plan, which has resulted in a greater focus on “harmony” and “working in chorus” within our firm.
