Toronto, September 19, 2005  – On September 19, 2005, pursuant to an Approval and Vesting Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Deloitte & Touche Inc., in it's capacity as Interim Receiver and Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Regal Greetings & Gifts Corporation and Primes de Luxe Inc. (the “Company”), received an order approving, authorizing and directing the Receiver to enter into and proceed with the transactions for the sale of certain assets of the Company as contemplated and described in the Receiver's Second Report dated September 13, 2005.

Toronto, August 3, 2005 – On August 3, 2005, pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver and Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Regal Greetings & Gifts Corporation and Primes de Luxe Inc. (the “Company”). On August 3, 2005, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Company made an Assignment in Bankruptcy and Deloitte & Touche Inc. consented to act as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of the Company.
