2004 Deloitte Franchisee Satisfaction Survey
Deloitte has launched the results of the inaugural 2004 Deloitte Franchisee Satisfaction Survey to provide insight into the general level of satisfaction of franchisees towards their franchise system. The survey was designed as a benchmark survey, to be conducted bi-annually, to monitor changes in franchisee profiles over time.
