2004 Deloitte Franchisee Satisfaction Survey
Deloitte has launched the results of the inaugural 2004 Deloitte Franchisee Satisfaction Survey to provide insight into the general level of satisfaction of franchisees towards their franchise system. The survey was designed as a benchmark survey, to be conducted bi-annually, to monitor changes in franchisee profiles over time. The initiative came about to develop an understanding of the importance of franchisee satisfaction as a foundation of successful business performance. Download the survey here
