Recovery Suites

Available in four- and six-seat suites, our DRC recovery workspaces offer all the amenities of the normal work environment in a secure location. Clients using these suites have access to:

Secure Media Storage

The DRC offers the most secure business date back-up storage facility in the Cayman Islands. Features of our media storage facilities include:

• Access to our in-house media management system to track the movement of all data stored at the DRC

Co-location hosting services

Co-location hosting services are aimed at clients seeking to host their IT equipment away from their primary location in case of disaster.

We offer the ability to create a "mirror" of the IT equipment in place at a client’s primary location, allowing our clients to exactly replicate their normal operations. We also host mission-critical technology that is best protected in a secure, alternative location at all times. Both can be managed by clients at any time, remotely or on site.

These services are ideal for clients who have sufficient in-house IT capabilities, but prefer to avoid the expense of establishing propriety data centre facilities.

Secure Document Storage

We offer 8,000 square feet of dedicated document warehousing space at the DRC, all protected using the most advanced technology available in the Cayman Islands. Clients who store their documents at the DRC enjoy these benefits:

• Physical installation and labeling of the archive boxes
• An advanced tracking system to ensure that all documents are managed properly (Web access to this system is available at an additional cost.) On-demand retrieval and accompanied access to the storage facility during business hours
