Our people take an active part in the process of setting professional standards:

• Adir Inbar, partner and IFRS Leader, is the chairman of the Professional Board and Vice President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (ICPAI).
  • Adir is also a member of the Standards Advisory Council (SAC) of the International Accounting Standards Board.
  • Adir is also a permanent participant of the Technical Committee of the Israel Accounting Standards Board.
• Micha Arad, partner, is the chairman of the Auditing Standards Committee of ICPAI. This committee is responsible for formulating Israeli auditing standards. As chairman of this committee, Micha is also a member of the Professional Board of ICPAI.
• Uri Levy, partner, is a member of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Committee of ICPAI. This committee is responsible for formulating ICPAI's positions and comments in matters of accounting standards (such positions are also approved by the Professional Board of ICPAI and submitted to the International, or to the Israeli Accounting Standards Board).
• Zvi Friedman, Partner, CPA – Head of the tax group, chairman of the Committee for Regulations and Proposed Tax Laws of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
  Zvi is a member of the Tax Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
  He is a member of Appeals Committee on the Law of landed property that is attached to the Tel-Aviv District Court, And one of the authors of the book: “Bookkeeping for Tax Purposes”.
