Corporate Restructuring
We will examine the operations of an under-performing business in order to design and implementation effective solutions, including business and financial turnarounds.

We would work in a co-operative relationship with all the stakeholders of the business. Specifically, our team supports lenders and other financial stakeholders through:

  • independent commercial, strategic and financial reviews
  • assessing the impact of sport specific rules (financial and/or sporting) on any restructuring
  • advice and support in the development and implementation of strategic and financial operational restructuring
