Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche s.e.n.c.r.l. was appointed as the Claims Administrator of the Dow Corning /Québec Breast Implant Litigation Settlement ("Settlement"), by order of the Superior Court of Quebec on April 30, 1999.
