Are the current IT systems suitable for future demands?

New developments sometimes make far-reaching and costly decisions in IT necessary. When you change your business strategy, ICT must be able to support the desired changes quickly. If you want to market a new product or service, systems and processes have to be adjusted quickly. When you want to start or intensify a cooperation with partners in the supply chain, IT has to make this possible. Furthermore, after a merger or takeover, different IT systems need to be integrated or replaced.
