We feel privileged to have been recognized for our efforts over the last several years. Some of these honors include: The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), a national gay and lesbian organization, recently included the Deloitte U.S. Firms among the 138 major U.S. companies earning a top rating of 100 percent in their fifth annual Corporate Equality Index. The Advocate listed the Deloitte U.S. Firms among "Companies that Embrace Equality." Working Mother magazine named Deloitte LLP to its list of "Best Companies for Women of Color," for 2006. Working Mother’s “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” list for 2006 (13th consecutive year). The Conference Board’s 2005 “Moving into the Future” award for Deloitte's Personal Pursuits program. Award recognizes cutting-edge programs, creative solutions and worklife leaders that address the issues and challenges of today’s workforce and workplace. American Society of Women Accountants 2005 Balance Award, for Personal Pursuits. Also received in 2003. Deloitte U.S. Firms was honored for its efforts in the area of workplace diversity at the 2005 Annual Diversity and Women Leadership Summit and Gala. Diversity Best Practices’ “2004 CEO Leadership Award” Minorities in Business magazine’s “2004 Corporate Diversity Leadership Award.” Deloitte LLP was one of 10 organizations to be honored with a 2003 and 2004 INROADS Award for "Peak Performance" in the areas of growth, executive involvement and strategic coordination. INROADS is the most successful leadership training, development, and placement organization for minority pre-professionals in the country. National Black MBA Association “Torch Award” 2005. Deloitte LLP leads the Big Four professional services firms with the highest percentage of women partners, principals and directors, according to Public Accounting Report’s 2005 Annual Survey on Women in Public Accounting (8th consecutive year). Essence Magazine’s “Top 30 Best Companies for African-American Women” list for 2004. Jungle Magazine’s (MBA publication) “Top 100 Women Employers” 2005.
