The Integriteitkompas® (Integrity Compass) is a tool for dilemma training. It is a game that raises discussions on integrity. The Integriteitkompas® is available in the form of a board game and in digital form. The dilemmas dealt with during the game can be tailored to the specific situation of an organization.

Under guidance, issues and dilemmas from current affairs, society or your organization are discussed in groups. This way the players become conscious of integrity issues and the cohesion within the group increases. On the basis of the choices and arguments of the participants, the workshop leader can measure their perception of integrity. This approach makes the way in which individuals and groups make choices and on which basis measurable. What value and priority does the group attach to such subjects as commitment, responsibility, reliability, openness? To what extent are the same attitudes found within the organization?

The discussion makes the participants aware of the core values and standards they hold.
It also reveals the norms for behaviour within the organization and which norms have priority over other norms and rules. The Integriteitkompas® can be deployed in an awareness programme. It primes discussions on integrity issues and it helps employees to gain a clear understanding of how colleagues deal with integrity dilemmas. Dilemma training by means of the Integriteitkompas® also gives you the opportunity to manifest the core values and standards of the organization. These mapped values and standards can be used as a starting point for the drawing up of a code of conduct.
