Support and awareness within an organization are important conditions for an effective implementation of an integrity policy. To realize this, it is important that:

the employees of an organization contribute to the further modelling of the policy

the importance of integrity is felt deeply within the organization.
Deloitte helps you to create awareness and support for your integrity policy. We use a layer-by-layer approach, which starts at the top and higher management. From the top management the policy is rolled out downwards. During the roll out and modelling process we can assist you with various specialized services:

Workshops with managers/executives. In these workshops we create commitment to a vision of integrity and to the integrity policy. Dilemma training can be part of these workshops.

Dilemma training. During this training integrity dilemmas, which apply to the daily practice of the participants, are discussed in groups. Discussing these dilemmas will impose meaning on the concept of integrity and the participants will get an understanding of each other’s standards and values.

Proficiency integrity training. In this workshop the participants are trained in supervising dilemma training (ie train-the-trainer).

Workshop with co-workers. In this workshop the standards and values of the top management, listed by Deloitte, are laid down in a start code, tested and put to the vote. The outcome can serve as a basis for a code of conduct.
