Indicative Projects:
• Carried out for the Ministry of Development the analysis and design of an integrated system, to support all Ministry's Processes related to the electronic purchasing (e-procurement), that mainly focus on Greek Public Sector Tendering
• Developed and integrated application for environmental impact of vehicle traffic emissions, (se-land-air) for the Ministry of Environment & Public Works, using Oracle, and MapInfo GIS Technologies
• Developed a Corporate Data Warehouse for COSMOTE. Deloitte Consulting undertook the roles of: Project Management, Analysis-Design- Implementation of the organization's DW, using Oracle's suite of products. System implementation included also the development of Data Marts for Management reporting, Change Management procedures etc
• Performed Project Management for the promotion and implementation of DAEM' s (Municipality of Athens - IT Company) Information System Package, "ATHINA"; an Oracle-based custom-developed package for operations management (accounting, planning, reporting and document management)
• Performed ERP System Implementation - Project Management - with DAEM for 15 local authorities on a countrywide level
• Developed a portal for the Municipality of Athens aiming to improve services to the citizens such as: secure payments, applications for legal documents, information on document processing etc.
• Developed a statistical reporting system for the Social Security Organization which is used for the Contributions and Benefits subsystems
• Carried out the Strategic and Business Plan 1995 - 1999 for the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Athens in terms of re-organization and updating of its functions
• Performed an operational review of the Hellenic Arms Industry, prepared a detailed analysis of the international aerospace and defence environment, in order to prepare the strategic plan of the organization for the period 1998-2002. The 5-year business plan includes a detailed financial analysis and the necessary action plans. Developed a Workflow and Document Management system for Athens Stock Exchange
