• LASCARIDES SHIPPING
We perform the annual audit of approximately 29 ship owning companies and two operating/management companies. We also prepare a number of combination reports. The vessels are mainly reefer vessels although a few are tankers and one is a tugboat.
• TRANSMED SHIPPING
The scope of our services to Transmed Shipping consists of the annual audit of 15 ship owning companies and the management company. We also prepare a combination report. All the vessels are dry cargo vessels.
• GREEK SHIPYARDS SA
Greek Shipyards SA is a ship building company. A system description and evaluation was prepared for this client. All the systems were flowcharted leading to a report identifying weaknesses and proposing recommendations.
• UNITOR SHIP SERVICES
This company is a ship chandler. It mainly sells ship provisions of a chemical nature. Our services to this customer include the audit of the financial statements of the company as well as tax consultation. We have performed limited due diligence reviews on their behalf for the acquisition of subsidiaries.
• REEFER AND GENERAL SHIP MANAGEMENT
We perform a limited review of the bunkers and operating expenses of approximately 13 ship owning companies as is specified by our Geneva office.
• EUROFINANCE
We performed reviews of the financial statements of shipping clients of the above-mentioned finance company for the purpose of evaluating the level of the allowance for loan losses. We were also asked by its owners to value a minority stake in the company, which a major European bank was considering acquiring.
• CTC (Hellas) SA
This is an agent of Ukrainian cruisers. We have been the auditors of this company for nearly 10 years.
• NEORION SHIPYARDS
We have provided professional services to its major shareholders the National Bank of Greece in its attempt to privatise the yards.
• BLUE FLAG NAVIGATION
In cooperation with our Romanian firm, we carried out the valuation of the two Romanian shipyards that this group is planning to acquire a shareholding.
• ROSWELL NATIGATION CORPORATION
We perform the annual audit for all their ships (six).
