Indicative Projects

• Assisted client in its listing of its shares on the New York Exchange in 1999 and convertible bonds in Europe and the US through a 144A offering 
  Carried out the respective valuations for the following banking mergers: Eurobank--Bank of Athens, Egnatia Bank-Bank of Central Greece, Eurobank-Ergobank, Eurobank-Telesis. 
• Prepared the strategic study and business plan and carried out the procedure for securing the banking license for Interbank, Xios Bank, Popular Bank, Dorian Bank, Nova Bank, American Express Bank, Omega Bank, and First Business Bank. 
• Carried out IT and general consulting work for General Bank, Egnatia Bank, Aspis Bank and others.
• Rendered training services to the Audit department of the Bank of Greece. 
• Prepared the pre-feasibility study for a subsidiary of Emporiki in the long-term car hire.
• Advised the Agricultural Bank for each sale of Bank of Central Greece, TSMEDE for its strategically acquisition in Bank of Attica and Egnatia Bank for its acquisition of BNP Dresdner Bank (Romania). 
• Assisted a major bank to issue a Long Term Medium Note Programme in Europe 2000.
