We are skilled in finding innovative solutions to complex transactions and can draw upon our sector specialists across Deloitte. In addition, we can offer you a fully integrated service in conjunction with our internal network, including tax and due diligence services.
What we do
We provide the full range of Corporate Finance advice to listed companies. Our services can be broken down into two main areas: - Listings – we act as Sponsor and Nominated Adviser to companies seeking an admission to the Official List and AIM respectively; and
- M&A transactions – we can advise on any Takeover Code transaction (including public-to-private transactions) as adviser to the offeror or as Rule 3 adviser to the target, as well as any other transaction involving a listed company.
