Integrity Advice
Create conditions for desired behaviour

Managers and directors from profit and non-profit organizations are increasingly aware of the importance of an organization with integrity. What constitutes ‘integrity'? Integrity prompts on the one hand the question of whether employees work in accordance with laws and rules, and on the other hand whether they work according to the spirit and the underlying meanings of the law and rules.

Why should you pay attention to integrity?

  1. You must, because society wants you to.
  2. It is worth doing. Preventing emotional and financial damage, protecting the company's reputation and keeping the trust of stakeholders are important reasons to pay attention to integrity and guarantee the company's continuity.
  3. You want it yourself. You want an organization which employs people who are civilized and well mannered. You want to rely on your employees' sense of responsibility.

Deloitte can help you give shape and content to integrity within your organization. We follow six steps, for example, formulating a vision of integrity, formulating a policy for integrity, realization and monitoring.
