DTT Services provides diverse corporate (secretarial and legal) services and relate with regulatory bodies and government departments including Corporate Affairs Commission, (CAC) Securities & Exchange Commission, (SEC) Nigerian Stock Exchange, (NSE) Nigerian Investment and Promotion Commission, (NIPC) etc on behalf of clients.

Our regular retainership services include:

• Convening of and attendance at board meetings, general meetings and committee meetings and preparation of relevant minutes.
• Advisory services on compliance with applicable rules and regulations at meetings, etc.
• Advisory services on corporate (secretarial and legal) matters, including contacts with government organizations, agencies and other bodies on behalf of clients.
• Preparation of resolutions on day-to-day basis on clients’ needs.
• Provision of security for statutory records and legal documents.

The annual retainership fee for the above services does not include prescribed statutory fees and recoverable expenses and the following special services, which are funded on cost recovery basis.
