• Application for business permit and amendment thereto.
• Application for expatriate quotas, resident permit and pioneer status.

National Office of Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP):

• Registration of Technical/Management Agreement(s), Royalties, etc.

Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE):

• Compliance with the listing requirements.

Liaising with external solicitors and assisting clients in engaging the services of external solicitors.
