“Networking can seem like a difficult thing to do. The truth is that we all network every day, and thrive on it. We call colleagues, friends and neighbors to seek and offer advice, share information and make connections. At networking events, we do the same with a small difference: building relationships, skills and business is the common objective. Meeting new professionals and sharing ideas enhance our understanding of the organization, our clients and the business community. Our world expands, and we thrive on the new opportunities, possibilities and fresh career perspectives we gain.”

In 1994, 700 women gathered in Parsippany, New Jersey, to attend the organization’s first Executive Women’s Forum. Today, high-talent women practitioners, organization and practice office leadership, and their guests continue to meet to share knowledge, leverage opportunities, recruit talent and hone skills at external and internal women’s networking events coast-to-coast. High-potential women professionals participate in networking programs sponsored by women’s groups and other career development organizations. Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) members sponsor regional and local events to set Initiative strategies, benchmarks and goals and to promote internal networking and knowledge-sharing. At organization-sponsored conferences, our most senior women network with key decision-makers to build awareness and market the organization.
