Our Transition Advisory Services (TAS) professionals are dedicated to post-merger transition and integration, working closely with our M&A group. We provide hands-on assistance in developing, improving and recommending financial and accounting processes for newly acquired portfolio companies. Our involvement can occur at different stages:

• Acting as a momentum builder immediately following the close of the transaction, or
• Filling a need when specific problems have been identified by owners or senior management at the portfolio company

Once the reorganization plan is under way, we continue to monitor the situation on a post-confirmation basis to ensure the revised business plan is executed effectively. We monitor progress in achieving plan projections, assist in implementing contingency plans, and identify and assist with implementing ongoing operational improvements.
