Deed of Company Arrangements executed
Creditors should note that the directors of Octaviar Administration Pty Ltd and Octaviar Ltd executed Deeds of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) on 12 January 2009, pursuant to resolutions passed at the second meeting of creditors held on 17 December 2008.

2nd Creditors meeting update – date clarification
Creditors should note there is an error in the various Reports to Creditors dated 10 December 2008. The reports were issued with a covering letter that stated the 2nd meeting would be held on Friday 17 December 2008.  The letter should have read that the meeting will occur on Wednesday 17 December 2008.

The notices advertised in the Courier Mail and included with the report includes the correct date.

Deloitte Corporate Reorganisation Group partners, John Greig and Nicholas Harwood, have been appointed Voluntary Administrators of Gold Coast based Octaviar Limited, Octaviar Financial Services Limited, Octaviar Investment Notes Limited, Octaviar Investment Bonds Limited and Octaviar Administration Pty Ltd by their Directors.
