Toronto, July 9, 2008 – On July 9, 2008, Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as receiver of the property and undertaking of Automated Fluid Power and Control Inc. A copy of the documents relating to the appointment are available below.

Toronto, August 29, 2008 – The Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Bankruptcy and Insolvency issued a Bankruptcy Order against Automated Fluid Power and Control Inc. and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy. In accordance with the requirements of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, available below are copies of the Bankruptcy Order and the Notice of Bankruptcy.
