August 6, 2008 - At a meeting of creditors, the Debtors expressed concerns about their ability to carry out the proposal filed on July 16, 2008 and advised of their intention to file an amended proposal. The creditors approved an adjournment to allow the Debtor to file an amended proposal by no later than August 19, 2008. The meeting of creditors was adjourned to take place within 10 to 21 days after August 19, 2008.
