Accountancy
More than half of our organization is active in accountancy, which comprises two areas: assurance and non-assurance.

• Assurance: administrative organization and internal auditing, checking annual accounts and other financial accounting, and research into the faithfulness of annual accounts. Specifically: management to annual accounts, specifically management, operational and due diligence audits.
• Non-assurance: integrated advice on corporate analysis, corporate succession, remuneration, composition of annual accounts and gaining independence.

Tax
We offer comprehensive tax advice including advice on international tax planning  and routing, value added tax, wealth planning, the legal form of a company and tax procedures. Our specialized groups of advice are tax on wages, social security, value-added tax and customs, local taxes, international assignment and transfer pricing.

Consultancy
Deloitte Consulting provides organisations the full spectrum of services to help them realise their ambitions and goals: from designing strategies up to and including the actual implementation. By closely cooperating with the other disciplines during its projects Deloitte calls in expert knowledge in areas such as internal controls, fiscal matters, risk control and financing. We speak your language, for we believe knowing the industry makes the difference, both in the private and in the public sector.

Finance
This discipline combines our specialist knowledge in corporate finance, transaction services, treasury and capital markets and subsidy.
