Toronto, February 25, 2008 – On February 25, 2008, pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as interim receiver and receiver and manager of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Niagara Vintners Incorporated. Hamilton, June 18, 2008 – On June 18, 2008, Niagara Vintners Incorporated filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
