Toronto, February 25, 2008 – On February 25, 2008, pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as interim receiver and receiver and manager of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Niagara Vintners Incorporated. Copies of the court documents relating to the appointment are available below.

Hamilton, June 18, 2008 – On June 18, 2008, Niagara Vintners Incorporated filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy. Please refer to the Certificate of Appointment below for details as to the date and location of the First Meeting of Creditors.
