Alliance auditing

The key to quality alliance audits is to determine whether the controls over the alliance contracting model are adequate and effective, and whether key project objectives are being met.

Our experience in undertaking alliance audits involves establishing the audit program and performing the subsequent audits focussing on:

  • the costing and overheads methodology deployed by the alliance partners
  • the quality of supporting documentation
  • the achievement of the contract key performance indicators, including non-financial performance measures.
