A. Establishment Process

For companies with local and foreign partners, who will be in operation in Turkey and n the Free Trade Zones, the establishment of:

• A Joint Stock company,
• A Limited Liability company,
• A Turkish branch of a foreign company,
• A liaison office,
• Companies and branches in the Free Trade Zones

(All services including the preparation of the Articles of Association, registration and announcement, obtaining the registration number by registration with the Tax Offices and Social Security Institutions, and preparation and notarization of the company legal books (Turnkey)).

B. Legal Secretarial Services

• Preparation of all types of documents related to the companies' Ordinary/Extraordinary General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings, holding the meetings in accordance with the relevant regulations,
• Preparation of all types of documents relating to the companies’ capital increase, capital decrease, share transfer, and the performance of these transactions,
• Preparation of all types of corporate documentation and documents (Articles of Association, Partnership Agreements, Share Transfer and Assignment Agreements with Employment Contracts).
