Toronto, October 16, 2007 – On October 16, 2007, pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”), Deloitte & Touche Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets and undertaking of Woodview Products Inc. (“Woodview”). A copy of the Receivership Appointment Order is accessible below under the heading Court Documents.  The Receiver’s marketing and sale process has been approved by the Court and documents relating to this sales process are accessible under the heading Sales Process. We wish to advise potential purchasers that the deadline date for submitting an offer to purchase some or all of Woodview’s assets has been extended until 5:00 pm Toronto time, Monday, October 29, 2007.
