All our people are encouraged to set aside their work and volunteer on IMPACT Day, which is always held on a Friday in June. We also offer flexible scheduling throughout the year and across the organization for people who want to volunteer during the work day.  This translates into a considerable donation of employee volunteer time for many nonprofit organizations.

We strongly encourage our people to volunteer their time and talent, we recognize them for doing so and we reward them for encouraging others to get involved.
