Our people have a long history of giving back to the communities in which they live and work. The Community Impact Awards provide a way for us to celebrate this commitment to service by supporting the community organizations that are important to our people.

Award nominators are asked to respond to the following two questions:

• How has your nominee's passion for community service led to an improvement in the quality of life in the community?
• Explain how your nominee has been a community service role model within our organization and inspires others to get involved?

Volunteers may self-nominate. The award includes a significant cash donation to the non-profit organization of the winners' choice.
