On Tuesday, March 27, 2007, business leaders, government officials, scholars and media from China and abroad gathered for The Deloitte Global Forum in Shanghai, China.

This second event in the series focused on encouraging fair competition in China and tackling the country's shortage of skilled workers. Special guest speaker, Mr. Long Yongtu, secretary general of the Boao Forum for Asia, identified these two challenges as integral to sustainable development in China.
