Community Days provide an opportunity for teams of Deloitte people to get involved in their local community for a day in the firm's time. In 2006 over 1,500 of our people have undertaken a variety of highly enjoyable and rewarding indoor and outdoor community and environment projects such as: painting and decorating a youth centre, clearing and planting within a woodland area, gardening projects for an old people's home, and painting murals in a school classroom. Deloitte Community Days benefit a variety of local charities and community organisations.

Getting involved
Community Days provide a great opportunity for our offices and service lines to team build and give something back to their local community. Participants work in teams of up to 20 depending on the size of each project, and we encourage teams to get together at the end of the day for a drink and to celebrate their achievements.
