Voluntary administration

The Voluntary Administration process offers corporations an opportunity to deal with their insolvency, or potential insolvent situation quickly. The Voluntary Administration regime provides businesses with statutory protection from legal actions and creditors, while the administrator assesses the business, determines the position and then generates a strategy on the best way forward.

Our core focus is to maximise the chances of a successful recovery for the business and to increase profitability. Alternatively, in the event that the business cannot be saved, our team acts to maximise the returns to all stakeholders.

Our team recognises that an appropriately constructed Deed of Company Arrangement, with input and consultation from all the involved parties, can lead to a positive outcome for all stakeholders.
