Our specialised G&I team renders services to institutions providing grants and incentives. Over the recent years, the team participated in a number of projects, namely in the following areas:

• Analyses of strategic documents and legislation on both the national and European level;
• Advisory services in the field of the set-up of the national and operational programmes (including implementing documentation and detailed methodologies);
• Development of support programmes and consultations relating thereto;
• Evaluation of processes within the support provision procedure;
• Creation of system and national projects for the state sector;
• Technical assistance relating to the operational programmes (implementation and administration of the programmes, ad-hoc methodology, analyses and studies);
• Control of processes within the implementation and administration stages; and
• Programme assessment.
