St. John's, May 18, 2006 — The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in Bankruptcy and Insolvency on May 18, 2006, heard an application (The Application) for the appointment of Deloitte & Touche Inc. as interim receiver of Sea Treat and 17 other entities listed in the Application.
