The Claims Deadline has now passed and all Claim Forms have been reviewed to determine the eligibility in accordance with the terms of the Settlement.

As further updates become available, they will be posted to this website.

It is no longer possible to submit a Claim Form as the Claims Deadline has passed. All submissions were required to be postmarked on or before July 31, 2006 to participate in the Settlement.
