Our Liquidation and Corporate recovery unit provides services associated with corporate insolvency and liquidation. Our Team Members act as Administrators & Liquidators as well as Investigating Accountants.

Substantial part of our work involves investigations, generally for lenders concerned about a customers’ viability or where a detailed review of borrowing requirements is needed.

The unit has a specialist group, the Reorganisation Services Group within it that works with viable businesses that are currently experiencing debt, cash flow or structuring problems.

We work with the management of our clients to resolve issues involved with primary goals of returning their companies to sound financial footing and also aim to preserve businesses either through restructuring, or by selling the company as a going concern.
