Only 5 percent of customers are loyal to one brand or product, and 68 percent are brand switchers. Up to 73 percent customers shop in five or more channels (shops, on-line shopping, catalogues etc.), and only 26 percent are loyal to one retailer. | Deloitte ranks high in World Tax 2008 guide |

Deloitte member firms in United States, Great Britain, Japan, Russia, Germany, and several other countries were ranked Tier 1 or 2 in the International Tax Review list of tax service providers. “World Tax 2008”, annual book published by ITR, a magazine dedicated to international tax news and issues, ranked Deloitte member firms the highest levels (Tier 1 and 2) in more than 80% of the locations reviewed.
