Budapest, 21 May 2008 – For years, APEH (the Hungarian tax authority) has focused on compliance with the regulations pertaining to prices applied in related-party transactions (transfer prices), and as they become more stringent year after year, these regulations heavily test the preparedness of the entities concerned.
