January 27, 2005 Budapest -The preparation of transfer pricing documentation is only not a possibility in order to minimise risks but rather a mandatory requirement in many countries the world over. Hungary joined the group of countries prescribing such documentation requirements in 2003. After the deadline for the preparation of the documentation the tax authority may request the taxpayer to submit its transfer pricing documentation for review. Budapest, November 30, 2004 -Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu today released its 2004 annual composite revenue results of its member firms, which show an 8.6 percent increase.
