On 11 June 2004 the Supreme Court of New South Wales appointed David Lombe, a Partner of Deloitte, Provisional Liquidator of the following companies:

Ran Holdings International Pty Ltd
(ACN 102 960 896)

Radisson Maine Property Group (Australia) Pty Limited
(ACN 102 966 478)

The companies are continuing to trade in a limited capacity at this time. 

The Provisional Liquidator is currently preparing a report to the Court on the financial position of these companies.  It is expected that this report will be provided to the Court in the next two weeks.
