Professional Services firm Deloitte has appointed Nicky Wakefield as a Human Capital Consulting Partner in a major boost to its services in the Human Capital space.

Nicky transfers from Deloitte in the US where she was a Senior Leader in the Human Capital practice focused on large scale organisational change.

Nicky has over 10 years experience and has previously worked at AMP, Macquarie Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Corporate Vision (Mettle Group).

Based in Sydney, Nicky will be focused on providing services to Deloitte’s clients in large scale organisational change, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Culture Change, HR Transformation and Organisational Transformation.
